Maintenance-
guide
By far, the most sinks from Reginox consist of stainless steel. By purchasing a Reginox sink, you have chosen a high-quality product. We recommend that you read this user manual for stainless
steel carefully before using the sink. With normal use and careful maintenance, your sink can be enjoyed for years to come. We have suitable cleaning products to properly maintain and clean your (stainless steel) product. We can also provide you with the right cleaning products for daily maintenance.
Rinse the sink thoroughly after use and dry it with a clean, soft cloth to remove water stains, etc. Clean water is sufficient for daily maintenance; a mild detergent (washing up liquid) may be added if necessary. Do not use abrasive materials such as steel wool, scouring pads or a sharp brush, as these products can damage the surface of stainless steel.
Scratches and/or dents
Because the sink is used daily, light scratches and dents on the surface are unavoidable. The sink can be damaged if it is handled too roughly. Therefore care should be taken when placing objects in the pan or on the drainer. In addition, damage is limited by sanding the material as little as possible with objects.
Rinse the sink thoroughly after use and dry it with a clean, soft cloth to remove water stains, etc. Clean water is sufficient for daily maintenance; a mild detergent (washing up liquid) may be added if necessary. To maintain your Reginox sink properly, we recommend regular useage of Reginox maintenance products; Regi-clean Descaler and Regi-clean Oil-coating. Clean your sink once a week with these agents.
Avoid and prevent cooking oil, toothpaste, dishwasher tablets, paint, declogger liquid or other chemical materials in your sink. Exposure to chemicals, acids, food residues and rusty objects can damage the coating or the pvd layer and cause irreperable damage tot the sink. Should your sink come into contact with any of these agents, remove them immediately and clean the sink intensively with lukewarm water.
Do not place any hot pans on the surface of your sink or drainer. Preferably use a bottomgrid in your sink.
